I've been playing with transparencies on the images and I've removed the transparency on the text in order to (hopefully) make it easier to read. That font is perhaps not the most readable, but a) I like it b) it's fairly narrow and so I can squeeze more text in and c) it looks somewhat antiquated a la typewriters and so goes well with the spirit of the images.
